Sign up to sit in council session in City Hall on Thursday mornings with NACS when Council is in session. Generally, they meet up at 8:30 AM outside the Northeast corner of City Hall (wear a No Arena t-shirt!) and then go in through security to Room 400 (bring ID). They stay for as much of the morning as possible, given the council agenda.
